Sponsorship Development: Based on the client's needs and/or event; identify sponsorship leads; develop sponsorship packages and pricing; prepare all proposals; collateral materials; and presentations to regional companies for various fundraising events.
Event Management: implementation of promotions; on-site logistical management; negotiate suppliers, and recruit/train volunteers.
Additional Services: develop and manage budgets; including the creation of RFP’s; vendor recommendations; site selection; contract negotiations; on-site logistics preparation; and recommendation of audio-visual equipment. Other services can include evaluating and analyzing program results; presenting recommendations for changes; tracked expenditures and prepare a financial report for each event.
